Music & Dogs

I have been lacking the energy to blog this past week. I have been really drained from my work for Romney's campaign and then the ending of it this week. Sorry Dave, I am down on the republican party and may not be able to vote this year. In this case party might not trump person (aka McCain) We'll have to see. But this won't be a political ranting. I'll save that for another day. On a happier note, I got voted in as a delegate at our caucus. I'm anxious to learn more about the strange process. It will be fun!
I found a song by Regina Spektor on Leslie's blog and cannot get enough of it. I don't know how I never heard of her, but she has an incredible voice. Here are two of my favorite songs:

Even though having dogs is not my favorite thing and I'm terribly allergic, it is really fun to have them for Greyden. They are best of friends. I tell him to give the dogs kisses and loves and he runs over and attacks! When I need some time to myself I tell him to go play with the dogs and that keeps him busy for a few moments. He figured out how to bark and imitate dogs before learning any words .

I am so down on the Republican party too. I even changed my facebook profile to "very conservative" because I don't feel like this new moderate approach to our party represents my views. I don't know what I will do in Nov. but I am leaning towards writing in Mitt Romney. It sure was a let down today. I cried 3 different times. But we had a great experience participating in our caucus and I look forward to doing it again soon!! Hopefully in 4 years for Romney again. It's nice to finally have a politician I really believe in.

Those pictures with the dog are too cute! We are gonna be back for spring break (March 15 on...) for a week or two. We will be blessing the baby on the 16th along with Jenn & Tom and their new arrival(she's being induced on the 19th). You guys are more than welcome to come to the bleassing, you are family! Let Dave and Laura know too. Otherwise, I will probably be staying an extra week, we can do dinner or something with the girls if we don't see you there.
